I am an experienced psychologist and am passionate about my work. I really enjoy the collaborative strength-based process of working alongside child, adolescent and adult clients, parents and families for their best possible outcomes.

Throughout my career, I have worked across community health, non-government organisations, hospitals, Catholic and independent primary and secondary schools, crisis intervention, along with providing sessional teaching to Undergraduate Counselling Psychology students. I have engaged with clients from diverse backgrounds and tailor my approach to the needs of each client.  I draw on approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Play Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Narrative Therapy, bibliotherapy and motivational interviewing.  I have training in child focussed parent work and am experienced in supporting clients from preschool age through to adulthood, including those on the autism spectrum. I am qualified in restorative practice and draw on this experience in my work.

In addition to my work at Aurora Psychology, I currently work in a very large independent school and am experienced in undertaking a range of psychological and educational assessments to best understand the learning needs of students and provide consultancy to teachers with recommendations for the classroom.
