I come to Aurora Psychology with ten years' experience in working across community, education, and private settings. I bring many years of experience in assessment and treatment of children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples across a wide range of presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, life stress, relationship difficulties, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and other mental health and wellbeing concerns. I am experiencing in working with children, adults, and families who have experienced significant change, violence, and trauma in their lives, and I am also proficient in conducting cognitive and educational assessments with children to assess and develop strategies to support their learning and development.
My approach is firstly person-centred, where I place a strong emphasis on building a strong and collaborative relationship, working together with you to achieve desired goals. I also adopt interventions from a range of different modalities that match your needs and concerns.
