I am a registered psychologist with a passion for helping my clients overcome challenging circumstances, relationships and emotions, in order to live a full and meaningful life. I create a space where my clients feel safe and accepted for all that they are, and then support them to move in the direction they want to go. My therapy style is warm, empathetic and down-to-earth. I use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy, and compassion-focused therapy (CFT).  I believe that the best treatment is collaborative, and so I work with my clients as a team.

I have worked with clients across the lifespan, in not-for-profit, hospital, government, private and educational settings, and have a particular interest in supporting young adults.
